The summer and fall schedule at GRPRC is in full swing! Here are some events coming up you might be interested in:
RO’s needed for July 25th Hunter Games – We still need a few RO’s to ensure we have every stage staffed for our July 25th NRL Hunter Games match. RO’s will get to shoot Friday, be treated to dinner at Summerville Tavern and then RO a stage for 52 shooters on Saturday. If you want to just RO Saturday I will pay you for your time! The match will still happen without RO’s but it will go much more smoothly if the shooters don’t have to rotate who is ROing. August 1st PRS22 Qualifier Registration is Open! – This will be one of our last if not the last rimfire event for the year so you won’t want to miss it! This will also be one of your last chances to get a qualifier score for the finale or improve a previous score. We will be using the expanded range area we added earlier this year so the COF will look different from our previous rimfire match if you attended that. “Night Moves” Day/Night Sniper Challenge Registration Opens Tomorrow! – Our first Team Sniper Challenge and Night Match will be held October 23rd – October 25th. This will be an entry level introduction to the team sniper format and night shooting. Registration, Training and Briefing will be held on Friday October 23rd in the afternoon/evening. The match will kick off at 0700 the following morning with a break in the afternoon then we will begin the night match after sunset the same day. More NRL Hunter Matches Pending! – We have more NRL Hunter Games matches pending approval for August 23rd, September 20th and November 15th. These matches will be on Sunday that way RO’s can shoot Saturday and not have to take a day off work. Keep an eye on the Hunter Games schedule.
